		<content type="html">Miguel Guillen, information services manager at Artist Trust, will discuss the essentials of presenting your work; funding possibilities available to Washington state performing artists; and information on professional resources, health care, insurance, emergency assistance and legal services available to artists. 		<title type="text">Pacific Musicworks | Seattle Chamber Players</title>
		<content type="html">&lt;a href="http://www.seattle.gov/seattlepresents" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The city&amp;#8217;s premier contemporary music ensemble &lt;a href="http://www.seattlechamberplayers.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Seattle Chamber Players&lt;/a&gt; joins &lt;a href="http://www.pacificoperaworks.org/" target="_blank"&gt;Pacific Musicworks&lt;/a&gt; to stage a meeting of creative minds across four centuries. The program features Heiner Goebbels&amp;#8217; remarkable music and theatre piece &lt;em&gt;Songs of Wars I have seen&lt;/em&gt; (2002) and Monteverdi's  revolutionary &lt;em&gt;Combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda&lt;/em&gt; (1624). This performance also features tenor Ross Hauck, baroque harpist Maxine Eilander and lutenist Stephen Stubbs. He will cover social networking sites such as MySpace, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Sonicbids as well as other methods of getting the word out about your art. 		<content type="html">&lt;a href="http://www.seattle.gov/seattlepresents" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A native of the Pacific Northwest, pianist &lt;a href="http://www.davepeckmusic.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Dave Peck&lt;/a&gt; is known for his introspective style and savory harmonic coloring. His award winning trio and solo projects (&lt;em&gt;Trio, Solo, 3 and 1, Out of Seattle and Good Road&lt;/em&gt;) are radio and critical favorites. The Dave Peck Trio includes the brilliant Jeff Johnson on bass and the drummer Eric Eagle. Both rhythmic and romantic, the trio uses the standard repertoire as a framework for new composition and form.
