Research in Progress – Population Health (*BIS 290) Curated by: Wadiya Udell, Associate Professor, School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences The Spring 2017 Research in Progress series (*BIS 290) will feature UW Bothell investigators from varying disciplines discussing their research in improving the health and well-being of populations. The seminars are open to all interested faculty, students and staff as well as alumni and community partners. The aim of this series is to foster interdisciplinary communication/collaboration and increase awareness of work currently being done by UWB faculty. *BIS 290 – 2 credits: Introduces emerging scholars to research practices, methods, and processes through research seminars linked to skill building classroom workshops and discussions. Students will develop skills necessary to be successful scholars and researchers while learning about research that is being conducted by the UW Bothell faculty and students. |
