			<title>Cadence Group Ride</title>
			<description>Cadence Cycling &amp;amp; Multisport Centers&lt;br /&gt;4323 Main Street&lt;br /&gt;Philadelphia, PA 19127 &lt;br/&gt;Saturday, February 18, 2012, 9am&amp;nbsp;&amp;ndash;&amp;nbsp;12pm &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Group ride will be at 8 AM during daylight savings time and 9 AM through the fall and winter. The course will be the Level Road loop, heading out the bike path to Oaks. (Approx. 50miles Start/Finish at Cadence.) As we begin the fall group rides the pace will be endurance with one three minute effort up Level Road. That&amp;#8217;s it. The remainder of the ride will be small ring and focus on pedaling technique. As the fall and winter progresses. Brian will add some intensity, endurance and technique exercises into the ride. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first Saturday of every month (again leaving at 9am) will be the Employee ride route (very social recovery/endurance pace for the first 2 hours-with 2 sprints manned with a follow vehicle) followed by the one hour Walton 6 hill route. This ride will start at recovery/endurance pace led by Luke or another staff team member.  This route is really two loops and people can easily loop back to Cadence at Shawmont after the &amp;#8220;easy&amp;#8221; first two hours. The second part of the ride will be for advanced cyclists/triathletes and there will be very minimal waiting at the top of the hills for stragglers. 			<title>Cadence Group Ride</title>
			<description>Cadence Cycling &amp;amp; Multisport Centers&lt;br /&gt;4323 Main Street&lt;br /&gt;Philadelphia, PA 19127 &lt;br/&gt;Saturday, February 25, 2012, 9am&amp;nbsp;&amp;ndash;&amp;nbsp;12pm &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Group ride will be at 8 AM during daylight savings time and 9 AM through the fall and winter. The course will be the Level Road loop, heading out the bike path to Oaks. (Approx. 50miles Start/Finish at Cadence.) As we begin the fall group rides the pace will be endurance with one three minute effort up Level Road. That&amp;#8217;s it. The remainder of the ride will be small ring and focus on pedaling technique. As the fall and winter progresses. Brian will add some intensity, endurance and technique exercises into the ride. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first Saturday of every month (again leaving at 9am) will be the Employee ride route (very social recovery/endurance pace for the first 2 hours-with 2 sprints manned with a follow vehicle) followed by the one hour Walton 6 hill route. This ride will start at recovery/endurance pace led by Luke or another staff team member.  This route is really two loops and people can easily loop back to Cadence at Shawmont after the &amp;#8220;easy&amp;#8221; first two hours. The second part of the ride will be for advanced cyclists/triathletes and there will be very minimal waiting at the top of the hills for stragglers. 			<title>Cadence Group Ride</title>
			<description>Cadence Cycling &amp;amp; Multisport Centers&lt;br /&gt;4323 Main Street&lt;br /&gt;Philadelphia, PA 19127 &lt;br/&gt;Saturday, March 10, 2012, 9am&amp;nbsp;&amp;ndash;&amp;nbsp;12pm &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Group ride will be at 8 AM during daylight savings time and 9 AM through the fall and winter. The course will be the Level Road loop, heading out the bike path to Oaks. (Approx. 50miles Start/Finish at Cadence.) As we begin the fall group rides the pace will be endurance with one three minute effort up Level Road. That&amp;#8217;s it. The remainder of the ride will be small ring and focus on pedaling technique. As the fall and winter progresses. Brian will add some intensity, endurance and technique exercises into the ride. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first Saturday of every month (again leaving at 9am) will be the Employee ride route (very social recovery/endurance pace for the first 2 hours-with 2 sprints manned with a follow vehicle) followed by the one hour Walton 6 hill route. This ride will start at recovery/endurance pace led by Luke or another staff team member.  This route is really two loops and people can easily loop back to Cadence at Shawmont after the &amp;#8220;easy&amp;#8221; first two hours. The second part of the ride will be for advanced cyclists/triathletes and there will be very minimal waiting at the top of the hills for stragglers.
