Colorado Rhythmics is a new business, the first rhythmic gymnastics school in Colorado in over 15 years. Event description: Performed mostly by women, Rhythmic Gymnastics is a discipline combining grace, coordination, agility and artistry. Accompanied by music, the gymnast uses small hand-held apparatus to weave a routine of flawless beauty molding the gymnast, music and apparatus into one. The handling of apparatus while performing complex turns, pivots, balances and contortionist like movements are characteristic trademarks of this intriguing gymnastics discipline. Providing participation opportunities for individual or groups, Rhythmic Gymnastics is the perfect sport for those who like dance, acrobatics and movement to music. Colorado Rhythmics is a new business, the first rhythmic gymnastics school in Colorado in over 15 years. It was started by Tetiana Morris and her daughter Arina (Colorado State Champion for 2 years in level 9 and current gymnast). Colorado Rhythmics is a registered USA gymnastics club, we teach based on USA Gymnastics levels and guidelines. During our classes we use apparatuses like ball, jump rope, hoop, ribbon and clubs.
