Polarity Thinking is the latest evolution of a powerful concept--developed by Barry Johnson, author of Polarity Management: How to Solve Unsolvable Problems--that can be used to resolve concerns at any level of a system, from personal internal dilemmas, to team and organizational issues, all the way up to global concerns. Fans of Polarity Thinking claim it solves unsolvable problems and expands thinking.

Despite all the promise of this "uber tool", many in our community are not using it as often or effectively as they could be. Meanwhile, many of us have a rich and deep experience with it.
