The benefits of infant massage include aiding the digestive tract and helping relieve the physical discomforts from gas, colic, constipation and reflux. In this class you will learn to soothe and comfort your baby through massage techniques taught by a certified infant massage instructor. The class meets in three one hour sessions and is open to infants one month old up to crawling. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket for your baby.
