 rs\, trustee of Notre Dam College\, and a corporate director for Beverag
 e Distributors\, Inc. He currently chairs NABE's (National Association f
 or Business Economists) statistics committee that meets regularly with p
 olicymakers and administrators of United States statistical agencies. Dr
 . Kleinhenz is a contributing economic forecaster to the Federal Reserve
  Bank of Chicago Economic Outlook\, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia
  and the NABE outlook\, industry and policy surveys. The Chicago Fed rec
 ognized Dr. Kleinhenz in 2000 - 2003 and again from 2005 - June 2008.\n
 \nKen Mayland\, Ph.D. graduated from MIT with an undergraduate in economi
 cs. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from The University of Pennsylvania.
