LUNCH

1:30 *Review and determination of an exemption request for, the Whole Fam Damily, LLLP, owners of 81.7 acres, more or less, located at 14680 Road 20, Dolores, CO, and desire to convey 13 acres, more or less, to Edward G. Merritt Partnership, LLLP. Edward G. Merritt Partnership, LLLP’s property which is adjacent to the Whole Fam Damily, LLLP property and currently consists of 161 acres, more or less, located at 15231, Road 21, Dolores, CO. Edward G. Merritt Partnership wish to convey 11 acres, more or less, of their property to the Whole Fam Damily, LLLP to become a part of their existing acreage. Conflicts exist with the current property lines between said properties and a third property, owned by Edward G. Merritt Partnership, LLLP, located at 15806 Road 20, Dolores, CO., consisting of 199 acres, more or less. Landowners have come to an agreement to adjust the property lines which would settle those conflicts. Resulting acreage on each tract of land will be in excess of 35 acres.

*Preliminary review of a request for an After–the-Fact Exemption and to adjust the common lot line between properties owned by Phil R. & Rebecca A. Moore located at 24902 Road F, Cortez, CO, consisting of 10 acres, more or less; and, property owned by the Reva L. Moore Family Trust, located at 24600 Road F, Cortez, CO, consisting of 30 acres, more or less. The 10 acre, more or less, parcel was divided from the 30 acre, more or less parcel in 1983 without County approval. This request is to bring both parcels into compliance. No new tract would be created by the approval of this request.

ADDITION the Board of County Commissioners shall conduct such further business as may come before said meeting.
