Boot camp is an adult fitness class which combines strength and cardio training while concentrating on your core strength. Work at your own pace in a FUN group atmosphere! Workouts change daily so every day is a new exciting workout. Cost is $1.00 per class on a drop-in basis. No time commitments or pre-registration, just come when you can. Childcare is not available. Gym shoes are required. No "black" or "gum" soles which leave marks on the floor are to be worn.
