These classes are useful for helping expectant couples learn about the entire childbirth process, from the first signs of labor to tips on newborn care.

Topics include:

• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• What to expect during your labor and the delivery of the baby
• Medication and anesthesia options during labor
• Vaginal delivery and Cesarean delivery
• Postpartum care
• Newborn characteristics and care

The fee is $40. Enrollment in these classes is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Classes should be completed by your 34th week of pregnancy.

There is no charge for this tour, however space is limited.
