Led by a certified prenatal instructor, you’ll learn ways to better control your breathing and safely stretch muscles that are particularly stressed during pregnancy. Gentle and relaxing, this class will improve your wellness as a mother-to-be. Please be sure to ask your physician if prenatal yoga is appropriate for you. Registration is required. Once you register, we will send you a physician release form for your doctor to complete before your first class.

Bring: A padded mat and water.
When: Class will be held every Wednesday beginning April 3rd.
Fee: $50 for 4 classes (need not be consecutive)
Time: 6:00 p.m. -7:30 p.m.
