All images must be of the Lackawanna Heritage Valley, which includes all of Lackawanna County and designated townships or boroughs of Luzerne, Wayne and Susquehanna Counties. Images must be captured between October 1, 2009 and May 31, 2010. The deadline for submission is June 1, 2010. Awards will be given for the first, second and third place winners.
