Foster School of Business will co-host the Thirteenth Annual Financial Reporting Conference with the Milgard School of Business/UW-Tacoma on May 12, 2017, at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on the waterfront in downtown Seattle. The Financial Reporting Conference brings together accounting standard setters, SEC officials, corporate financial executives, professional accountants and academics to discuss current issues in financial accounting and corporate reporting. An open-format panel discussion allows participants to interact with the speakers and panelists. Representatives from the FASB and the SEC will discuss current and emerging issues in financial reporting regulations. Corporate executives and professional accountants will participate in panel discussions on selected topics.
