The Konstanz Information Mining Environment (KNIME) is an open source platform to analyze large datasets. KNIME Image Processing utilizes the extensive image processing and analysis tools in ImageJ2 to provide an environment for data mining with very large sets of images.

ImageJ2 is the rewritten and modernized version of ImageJ, an open source application for image processing and analysis.
