Ready to take your Chinese language to the next level? The Whole U has partnered with the Confucius Institute of the State of Washington (CIWA) at UW to offer a Conversational Chinese level 2 class for faculty and staff in the upcoming Spring quarter. Registration is now open. If you have finished learning Pinyin in level 1 in the winter quarter or anytime in the past and want to carry on learning, you are very welcome to join Dr. Li this Spring quarter for level 2.  You will learn the basic vocabularies and grow your communicative competence in Chinese that will enable you to engage in simple everyday communication. You will also develop your Mandarin (Putonghua) listening and speaking skills in order to understand common topics both at the workplace and when travelling in China. The class starts on April 3 and meets every Tuesday at the HUB between 12:00 pm and 12:55 pm.
