Join us for the Whole U Speaker Series: Cultivating a Loving Heart, with Bonnie Duran, Dr. P.H, associate professor in the Schools of Social Work and Public Health.

In this seminar, Dr. Duran will introduce us to systematic trainings of loving-kindness practice to cultivate love in our hearts, both towards ourselves and all other beings. These trainings will strengthen our capacity for love, compassion, joy and peace through the combination of repeated thoughts, visualizations, and feelings. A loving-kindness practice leads to greater acceptance of ourselves and others, revealing our fundamental connectedness to all life.
