- Sally Jewell -- BS ‘78 Mechanical Engineering, U.S. Secretary of State, and the 2016 UW commencement speaker -- will receive the Alumna Summa Laude Dignata award.
- Joe P. Mahoney, a professor in civil and environmental engineering will receive the Distinguished Contributions to Lifelong Learning award.
- Cole DeForest, an assistant professor in chemical engineering will receive a Distinguished Teaching Award.
- Wendy Thomas, and associate professor in bioengineering will receive a Distinguished Teaching Award.
