Managing Complex Information Systems for National Security Nicholas Andersen Senior Expert, Sensitive Compartmented Information Networks Chief Information Officer, Naval Intelligence Activity The 2016-2017 Fall Event speaker is Mr. Nicholas Andersen, the Senior Expert for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Network Consolidation for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (DCNO) for Information Warfare (N2/N6). Mr. Andersen also serves as the Navy’s Intelligence Community Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Navy’s senior representative to a myriad of Intelligence Community Boards and Councils. Mr. Andersen will be discussing “Managing Complex Information Systems for National Security”, and will open up the dialogue at around 8:00 p.m. for questions from the audience. The Center for Collaborative Systems for Security, Safety, and Regional Resilience (CoSSaR) is a multi-disciplinary facility and environment where professionals from a wide range of entities (federal, state, county, city, tribal, international, public and private) team with university experts to align strategies, processes and investments in systems for security, safety and resilience. |
