Description | WHEN: Saturday, April 21st, 9:00am to 1:00pm WHERE: Washington Park Arboretum; 2300 Arboretum Drive East, Seattle, WA 98112. (#43 or #48 bus to 24th Ave East at Lynn Street.) Meet at Crabapple Meadow just south of the Graham Visitor Center. WHAT: Volunteers will restore the Washington Park Arboretum through planting, mulching, removing invasive species, and maintaining trails. BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closedtoe shoes, preferably work boots or sturdy sneakers, and bring a reusable water bottle. Event will take place rain or shine so please dress appropriately for the weather! PROVIDED: Coffee and snacks will be provided for all AFTER PARTY! Join us back in Crabapple Meadow from 1:00pm-2:30pm to enjoy music, food, a raffle, and camaraderie! • Dante's Inferno Dogs will be on-site for volunteers to purchase lunch and enjoy the Arboretum o They have vegan and gluten free options too! Prices are very affordable! • MOViN' 92.5 will be bringing their mobile music van to crank some tunes during the gathering |
