This three-day workshop engages new directions in Sexuality, Queer, and Trans Studies attentive to their global dimensions and impact by convening scholars and activists from across the global South and North. Together we will explore and assess transnational and cross-regional projects that interrupt dominant configurations of sexuality/gender within both Area Studies and Feminist/Queer/Trans Studies.
