Description | With funding from a Rader Fellowship for innovative work in philosophy, doctoral candidate Dustyn Addington recently launched a new podcast with co-host and public health professional Whitney Johnson. The podcast tackles philosophical questions dealing with issues ranging from democracy, to pop culture, to philosophy for children, and takes the form of "doing philosophy live" in conversation with each other and with special guests. In this event, Dustyn will provide a brief description of his experience with this project so far, what he's learned, and how this public philosophy project has affected his thinking about his academic work. The brief presentation will be followed by plenty of time for group discussion. |
