Jentery Sayers is Associate Professor of English and Director of the Maker Lab in the Humanities at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. He is the editor of The Routledge Companion to Media Studies and Digital Humanities (2018) and Making Things and Drawing Boundaries: Experiments in the Digital Humanities (2017). He is also the editor, with Rebecca Frost Davis, Matthew K. Gold, and Katherine D. Harris, of Digital Pedagogy in the Humanities: Concepts, Models, and Experiments, an open-access, curated collection of downloadable, reusable, and remixable pedagogical resources published through the MLA Commons. Sayers is Chair of the Modern Language Association’s Digital Humanities Forum and a member of HASTAC (Humanities, Arts, Science, and Technology Alliance and Collaboratory) Steering Committee. He completed his PhD in English at the University of Washington in 2011. |
