Get fit and try IanFitness bootcamp this summer! Their 45 minute workouts are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, and feel energized. Come out on July 25 with The Whole U from noon – 1:00 p.m. in the HUB Lyceum, and experience a challenging and fun workout with IanFitness instructor, Steph Morey. All fitness levels are welcome! Steph has been involved in team and individual sports for over 10 years. She has been with IanFitness as a boot camp coach for over a year and also works as the Director of Operations and Marketing. Steph is a fellow Husky and graduated from the UW with the same passion for purple and gold! Bring water and a towel, and wear comfortable loose clothing and running shoes. |
