Description | Running Clinic – August 11, 5:15 p.m. UW Track Running can be intimidating to start, but once you overcome initial barriers and begin reaching certain milestones, you won't be able to stop! Join Lauren Updyke, certified exercise physiologist and assistant director of The Whole U, for a running clinic on the UW Track. This 60-minute workout will include proper form instruction, running intervals, strength exercises specific to running, and drills that can prevent injury as well as improve your running efficiency. All running levels and paces are welcome and encouraged to participate! (Bring your own bottle of water.) Those who register and attend will receive a Whole U running shirt! |
