Description | Part of the Whole U's Dare to Do, this stationary bike workout will simulate an actual outdoor bike ride through tension adjustments and pedaling technique. Featuring fun music, motivating instruction, and the latest leaderboard technology. All participants will be lead through a custom bike fit and for those who have cycling shoes, our bike pedals are SPD compatible. Please bring a water bottle. All fitness levels welcome. Participants will receive an email after class with their heart rate data. |
