Join the Whole U for this 45 minute 7-station circuit workout that is designed to target the entire body in an uptempo, supportive and fun environment. Class ends with a mindful meditation centered on peace, love, happiness and relaxation. All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear workout clothes and bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
