"People, Place, Power: Advancing Racial and Economic Equity in Changing Communities"
Presented by Judith Bell, Vice President of Programs, The San Francisco Foundation As communities face economic and demographic changes - and new forms of work and education, and policies that don't always consider all of us - they seek positive reforms and to understand the impact of advancing equity and greater inclusion. What successes and struggles can we learn from? How are communities addressing new levels of prosperity that are widening inequality and impeding upward mobility? The San Francisco Foundation, under Bell's leadership, sees equity as both a "moral imperative, and an economic necessity."
