Get feedback: Bring three hard copies of your Gilman essays to share with faculty or staff volunteers. They will read and respond to your essays on the spot. You can meet with one or more readers, spend no more than 20-25 minutes with each, and walk away with lots of valuable feedback. Drop in whenever you can. What Is It: The Gilman is a merit-based scholarship for Pell grant recipients who plan to study or intern abroad.
