University of Washington Tacoma and Washington State History Museum Lecture series present on February 16th, "The Story of the Catch-22 Bomber." Join author, curator, and lecturer Stephanie Lile for a biographical journey back to World War II with the men of the Catch-22 Bomb Wing. Hear how Lile used images, diary entries, crowd sourcing, and scribbled notes to piece together their postwar lives and develop their stories into "Bomber Boys: Portraits from the Front," a traveling exhibit currently touring the country. This event will take place at the Washington State History Museum. It is free and open to the public. |
