Grades for the Winter and Spring Quarters are due in the Office of the Registrar, Administration 103, by 3:00 pm on the Tuesday after the quarter ends. Grades for the Summer and Autumn Quarters are due in the Office of the Registrar by 3:00 pm on the Wednesday after the quarter ends. Convocation grades for all quarters are due in the Office of the Registrar by 3:00 pm the Friday before convocation. Grades that will replace Incomplete and blanks for students graduating are due the Friday 2 weeks prior to convocation.

Event Description: In order to receive a degree, students must complete an on-line degree application through cMore (cmore.uchicago.edu). The on-line application must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. CST on Friday of the first week of the quarter in which a student plans to graduate. Students who cannot access cMore should contact the Dean of Students office PRIOR to the degree application deadline for assistance.
