 ing Danny Glover\, this 1997 movie tells the true story of the black cav
 alry corps known as the Buffalo Soldiers. These troops patrolled America
 's west after the Civil War. In addition to keeping the peace\, these me
 n had to fight the racism of their commanders and other white soldiers.

DESCRIPTION:Happy Holidays from VBLL Softball! We hope the holiday seaso
 n is happy and healthy for you and your families. We’re reaching out to 
 inform you that VBLL will be having FREE (yes\, FREE as in “no cost”!) o
 ff-season clinics for softball this year! All ages\, all divisions\, all
  skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. \n\nIf you’re lookin
 g to improve on parts of your game\, or trying to learn new skills\, or 
 just want to come out and have fun\, these clinics should fit the bill. 
 We’re hoping for a great turnout\, so spread the word!! If you have frie
 nds in the area that have never played softball and want to try it out\,
  bring ‘em along!\n\nPrevious VBLL registration is NOT a requirement!\n
 \nDid we mention this is FREE!? \nGeneral clinics will be held every Sund
 ay from 1pm-3pm and pitching/catching clinics from 3pm-4pm beginning Dec
 ember 4th clear through the off-season (weather permitting).\n\nMajors a
 nd Seniors coaches will be on hand to give instruction on:\nProper batti
 ng techniques\nPitching mechanics\nInfield and outfield drills\nPosition
  training\nPick-up games/scrimmages\n \nItems to bring:\nGlove\nHelmet\n
