He has presented this workshop six times this year--always to rave reviews! In addition, Hypnosis is a PROVEN method to assist weight loss. This hilarious musical comedy is a celebration of the church basement kitchens everywhere and the unsung women who work there. This new musical comedy, led by William Christopher of M*A*S*H* fame, weaves the escapades of four women and their relationships as they solve the problems of a rural Minnesota church in 1964. 5a annual fundraiser & banquet
Fundraisers
Alcohol and Addiction Assistance Association is having it’s Annual Banquet Fundraiser November 7, 2009 at Point Hilton Squaw Peak.
Alcoholism and Addiction Assistance Association specializes in providing a solid ground upon which newly sober addicts and alcoholics can adopt a manner of living conducive to maintaining permanent sobriety. Via our social model transitional living centers, clients develop real solutions for real life in a safe, sober environment.
Clients address their alcoholism and addiction on a daily basis. Our program is based entirely on the 12 steps. We do not offer “treatment” in the traditional sense of the word. We provide the framework and guidance that allows clients to find recovery in the 12 step program of their choice. The end result is a common solution to a common problem that caters to each person’s individual needs.
The goal of Alcoholism and Addiction Assistance Association is a successful transition back to home, work, school, and family life having a new found sense of se…

A Vampire Tale
Arts and Culture
“The ‘Nutcracker’ of Halloween,” A Vampire Tale by Scorpius Dance Theatre returns to Phoenix Theatre for its sixth consecutive season. For the first time ever, the requisite haunt of the fall season will be set to an original music score. Choreographed by artistic director, Lisa Starry, audiences have made a ritual revisiting A Vampire Tale to observe its juicy developments (A.K.A. “the fresh meat”). In A Vampire Tale, a susceptible young woman emerges lost and depressed, and is lured into an assorted band of bloodsuckers by their shadowy showmanship and seductive transactions. The characters construct an intense spectacle of dark debauchery, while the innocent are both fascinated and frightened by their underworld. With A Vampire Tale, audiences get all the trimmings: dark and sexy drama, quirky and comedic episodes, and visually stunning aerial feats.

What are the major trends and challenges that the nation will face and how will that affect the world? It is the dharma of the USA to be a world leader, to be a bridge between the fifth and sixth rootraces. What will happen with the current financial crisis? Will human values around money be transformed or will nature intervene? What secrets are going to be revealed and what impact will that have upon the nation? What other critical issues will surface and how will the soul force of Aquarius and the second ray of love-wisdom emerge more fully into the nation? Phillip Lindsay has worked as an astrological counselor, teaching astrology and the ageless wisdom since 1984 from his home in Australia and now mainly overseas. In 1949, the Gratitude Train was sent by French citizens in response to the Friendship Train that America sent to them filled with food, clothing and fuel in 1947. The French sent 49 boxcars, one for each state, filled with gifts that were to be disbursed to the people of that state. Arizona’s Governor gave the material to the Arizona State Library where they have remained and cared for over the last 60 years.

Momentum has continued to build for the project as founder Mark Johnson and the musicians of Playing For Change were just named "Persons of the Week" on ABC's "World News Tonight with Charlie Gibson."
Playing For Change has been one of 2009's most unlikely and startling cultural phenomenons. Hear Music's two-disc CD/DVD Playing For Change - Songs Around the World, released on April 28th, stunned the music industry selling over twenty-six thousand copies in its first week and landing at #10 on Billboard's Top 200 Pop chart. This remarkable and unpredicted popular response has been driven by tens of millions of video hits, countless blogs and pure viral communication between fans and f…

Their performance in the acoustically wonderful St. Luke’s makes for sensational listening enjoyment, while allowing for a relatively large audience.
The program’s composers span diverse musical styles, from Johann Sebastian Bach, Raeph Vaughan-Williams, and Gioacchino Rossini, to Edvard Grieg and the more contemporary David Diamond. “We are looking forward to playing these distinctly different piece…
