During our summer of Wine & Food & Love, let’s celebrate the enduring, provocative works of MFK Fisher.
MFK Fisher perfected the genre of the memoir à la recipes that is so popular today. Mary Francis wrote many of her books on food as an art of living while she lived and raised her children in a house on Oak Street in St. Helena.*

“Veracruz River of Raptors” with Norma Ferriz
Norma Ferriz, biologist and raptor expert, will give a fascinating lecture and slide show about the largest migration of birds of prey (4.5 million!) that soar the skies of Veracruz, Mexico, each fall.
