The Voices of Central Arizona Chapter is currently accepting registrations for the 2nd Annual Survivorship Symposium – Life Before, During and After Colorectal Cancer.  Patients battling colon cancer and survivors facing long-term side effects often find it very difficult to obtain current and meaningful information on their long-term survivorship and side effects management.  This FREE symposium will feature presentations for five dynamic clinician speakers who will discuss the  latest advances in colon cancer oncology and treatment, psychosocial support, lifestyle and patient care plans, oncology nutrition and caregiving.
