Marketplace ministry. What does it mean? You either work in the marketplace, or you work in ministry. You can’t do both; can you? God commands us to spread the good news wherever we go, and for many of us, the avenue of ministry to which we’re called is our job.
On Saturday, March 24 Renew Chicago and re:source are hosting God @ Work, a conference committed to helping Christ-followers recognize their calling for serving on the Lord’s front lines – through the jobs they already have. God @ Work participants will have access to a lineup of highly impactful Kingdom leaders. Through a series of lectures and discussion sessions, all will recognize the important role they play in the renewal of Chicago, develop tangible ways in which they can make a difference at work, and gain a deeper understanding of why God has strategically placed them in their particular jobs for this season.
