HIGHLAND PARK, IL (JULY 19+20, 2013) – The Shed, the North Shore’s private musician’s club, is proud to announce the second annual ShedFest 2013, July 19+20, benefiting Rebecca’s Dream, a local organization dedicated to depression awareness and suicide prevention. After an amazingly successful first year, ShedFest has been expanded to two days, and will bring together dynamic nationally recognized headliners, local musicians and member bands. Back Country Roads ACOUSTIC @ Fundraiser for Mark Ready at Brown Pub
BCR will be performing at a fundraiser for Mark Ready on Sunday, July 28th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM at the Hinckley Park next to the Brown Pub...just East of Somonauk Rd. on Rte 30. Mark has been diagnosed with a rare blood disease called Idiopathic Myelfibrosis which requires stem cell transplant for a cure. The first attempt didn't take so Mark is going in again on May 3rd to try again. Please plan on attending in an effort to help defer some medical costs that have accumulated over the last year. The transplant requires a 4 to 6 week hospital stay for recovery and monitoring. Any help would be appreciated. A bank account has been set up in First Midwest Bank in Yorkville under "Benefit for Mark Ready" for anyone wishing to make donations. Thanks !! Hope to see you at the benefit !
