The Dixie Swim Club

The Dixie Swim Club By Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, Jamie Wooten (September 18, 19, 25 & 26, 2015 - 7:30 pm) Our third production follows the decades-long friendship of five Southern women who first bonded on their college swim team, and who get together each year for a long weekend at the beach. Dinah is a career dynamo, but her victories in the courtroom are in stark contrast to her frustrating personal life. Much-married Lexie is determined to hold onto her youth and looks as long as possible. Vernadette, acutely aware of the dark cloud that hovers over her life, has decided to just give in and embrace the chaos. And sweet, gentle Jeri Neal experiences a late entry into motherhood that takes them all by surprise. These remarkable women take us on a life journey in this humorous and touching play about friendshi… Friday, September 11, 2015, 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
