The 2012 College Goal Sunday will be held on Sunday, February 12th at 2 p.m. The event provides free information and assistance to families filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and will be held at several Indianapolis locations and other state locations.
A charitable program of the ISFAA, College Goal Sunday helps Indiana students and families complete the complicated FAFSA form properly before the March 10th deadline. In this 6wk workshop you will learn to take control of your own pain management at a fraction of the cost of surgeries and medicine. You will practice simple yet highly effective spinal movements to stabilize your core and reduce internal swelling and inflammation. Props will be used throughout the course to make posturing accessible to a majority of mobility limits and spinal issues. No prior yoga experience is needed as sequencing is designed to address back pain.
