Walk Workshop 3/27
Hello Consortium and Colleagues,
It almost Spring and the Boston Public Health Commission(BPHC) is eager to embark on another NeighborWalk season. We are asking you to share our NeighborWalk flyer with any
organization, group or individual who would be interested in hosting a weekly walking group.
The annual NeighborWalk Workshop will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Arnold Arboretum it’s free and open to all. A light Breakfast will be provided, resource materials for managing a walking group, and an opportunity for a brief guided walk around the Arboretum. See the attached flyer for more details.
Join the BPHC NeighborWalk program and encourage Boston residents to join a walking group as an easy away to put more physical activity into their lifestyle. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, thank you for assistance in promoting the NeighborWalk Workshop.

People are hired to become Boston firefighters from a list provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Every two years Massachusetts administers a statewide general aptitude entrance test for firefighters at various locations throughout the state. This test establishes a hiring list for cities and towns including the City of Boston.
Qualifications for the City of Boston at the time of the test:
* You must be at least nineteen (19) years of age at the time of the application deadline and be younger than thirty-two (32) as date of the exam. Those persons who have served on active duty in the military may add those years served to the age thirty-two (32) limit, to a maximum of four (4) years, age thirty-six.
