The Boise Contra Dance Society will be holding its monthly 3rd Saturday dance on Mar 15th at the Broadway Dance Studio, 893 E. Boise Ave, just east of Apple St. The evening begins at 6PM with a workshop on Irish set dancing taught by Mark Lewis of La Grande. The new dancer contra dance orientation starts at 7:30PM and the dance is from 8PM-11PM. Live music will be provided by the Two By Two’s band from La Grande and Mark Lewis will be the caller. The workshop is $5 for all participants and the dance is $7 for adults and $3 for youth 10-18 years. Couples, singles and children over 10 yrs old are welcome; partners are not necessary.
