A “some experienced required” yoga practice incorporating poses and intensity variations linked by an emphasis on breath and alignment. Open to participants with an understanding of basic yoga fundamentals.
Instruction styles vary. While studio mats are provided, for personal health reasons it is highly recommended that members who attend Yoga classes on a regular basis purchase their own mats for use in classes. Reasonably priced, good quality yoga mats (priced around or under $12 each) can often be found locally at stores like Target, Marshall's or Ross Dress for Less.
