High Intensity Interval Training is a 30-minute workout that mixes high intensity bursts of exercise with recovery periods. It’s a great way to get fit, lose fat, increase lean muscle tissue and improve performance for any sport. Jon brings new, dynamic exercises to every workout and incorporates TRX, battle ropes, functional movement with body weight, resistance movements with dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

Want to improve your riding skills? Tom Hodge’s program is designed to enhance the riding skills and power of even the seasoned rider. With one session per week, he will teach you how to access your physical and aerobic strength, mental tenacity, and learn the calculative thought process necessary for success on the bike. Your riding skills will improve drastically with wattage-based intervals. Tom will work with you individually to analyze how you best generate power and help optimize your VO2 and muscular strength. With one session per week, he will teach you how to access your physical and aerobic strength, mental tenacity, and learn the calculative thought process necessary for success on the bike. Your riding skills will improve drastically with wattage-based intervals. Tom will work with you individually to analyze how you best generate power and help optimize your VO2 and muscular strength. With one session per week, he will teach you how to access your physical and aerobic strength, mental tenacity, and learn the calculative thought process necessary for success on the bike. Your riding skills will improve drastically with wattage-based intervals. Tom will work with you individually to analyze how you best generate power and help optimize your VO2 and muscular strength. You need to try it to really understand the benefits!
