Autumn 2008 Grades Due

Grades for the Winter and Spring Quarters are due in the Office of the Registrar, Administration 103, by 3:00 pm on the Tuesday after the quarter ends. Grades for the Summer and Autumn Quarters are due in the Office of the Registrar by 3:00 pm on the Wednesday after the quarter ends. Convocation grades for all quarters are due in the Office of the Registrar by 3:00 pm the Friday before convocation. Grades that will replace Incomplete and blanks for students graduating are due the Friday 2 weeks prior to convocation. Primary Sponsor: University Registrar. Winter Quarter Add/Drop Period

Event Description: Students may make changes to their enrollments during the first three weeks of the quarter without penalty. Students who make changes to current quarter enrollments after Friday of third week will be assessed a $50 late change fee. If a language reading exam is dropped after that date, there is no refund of the $70 exam fee. In addition, if a student receives permission to DROP a course after that deadline the course title will remain on the transcript and the student will be given a grade of 'W'.
