Museums
The Golden Spike Chapter of the Railway & Locomotive Historical Society has taken on the effort of restoring, Denver & Rio Grande Western railroad steam locomotive #223 to an operational engine.
Our restoration shops are located in the Trainmen’s Building of the historic Ogden Union Station in Ogden, UT. Work sessions are held there every Saturday morning starting at approximately 9:30 AM through early afternoon. Access the shops by driving to the North end of Union Station at 26th Street along the driveway between the building and Track 1 at the rear of the facility.

Museums
The Golden Spike Chapter of the Railway & Locomotive Historical Society has taken on the effort of restoring, Denver & Rio Grande Western railroad steam locomotive #223 to an operational engine.
Our restoration shops are located in the Trainmen’s Building of the historic Ogden Union Station in Ogden, UT. Work sessions are held there every Saturday morning starting at approximately 9:30 AM through early afternoon. Access the shops by driving to the North end of Union Station at 26th Street along the driveway between the building and Track 1 at the rear of the facility.

Over 300 classic vehicles will be on display on Historic 25th Street from Washington Blvd to Wall Ave. This is a fun annual event that takes place the first Friday in June in conjunction with the monthly art stroll.
Something new this year: a $200 cash drawing will be held at 8pm and anyone can participate! Bring your receipt from any 25th Street business dated June 1 and register at the booth located at 25th Street and Lincoln Ave. Must be present to win.

The Golden Spike Chapter of the Railway & Locomotive Historical Society has taken on the effort of restoring, Denver & Rio Grande Western railroad steam locomotive #223 to an operational engine.
Our restoration shops are located in the Trainmen’s Building of the historic Ogden Union Station in Ogden, UT. Work sessions are held there every Saturday morning starting at approximately 9:30 AM through early afternoon. Access the shops by driving to the North end of Union Station at 26th Street along the driveway between the building and Track 1 at the rear of the facility.

The OVBA in partnership with Bill Singleton of Shutterrific Photography, is pleased to announce the 2013 OGDEN VALLEY WILDFLOWER & LANDSCAPE WORKSHOP. This in-depth photography workshop of indoor and outdoor sessions will take your photography to the next level. Bill will conduct this workshop, meeting indoors at 4 PM on June 14th, outdoors during that evening until sunset, outdoors for sunrise on June 15th, then indoors until another evening outdoor session.
“I am thrilled to be conducting a workshop right here in Ogden Valley. June is a perfect time to capture both landscapes and wildflowers in bloom.”

The Golden Spike Chapter of the Railway & Locomotive Historical Society has taken on the effort of restoring, Denver & Rio Grande Western railroad steam locomotive #223 to an operational engine.
Our restoration shops are located in the Trainmen’s Building of the historic Ogden Union Station in Ogden, UT. Work sessions are held there every Saturday morning starting at approximately 9:30 AM through early afternoon. Access the shops by driving to the North end of Union Station at 26th Street along the driveway between the building and Track 1 at the rear of the facility.

Thursday June 20th is an overnight campout beginning at 6pm and ending Friday morning at 8am.
Would you like an up-close and personal encounter with the creepy crawly critters that are moving around the nature center? Join us for a weeklong adventure discovering and investigating the flying, crawling, and slithering creatures that call ONC home. Become a nature spy as we dig through pond muck and search fields high and low for snakes, lizards, insects, spiders and more. Play games and enjoy activities that help us understand and appreciate the creepy crawly critters all around us.
