Cupcake Decorating Class for Kids

Chef Kat hosts a cupcake decorating class for kids ages 6-12 at La Brioche! Kids will frost and decorate a half dozen cupcakes and box them up for a delicious Easter treat to bring home! Pasta 101: The Art of Ravioli

Another in our series of cooking classes, Chef Dave teaches students how to make ravioli from scratch at the La Brioche Wolf Kitchen! Mad Pie Hoedown

Student Services Tell your friends..... The 5th annual “MAD PIE HOEDOWN,” a fundraising event for Transition Town Montpelier region’s “Villagebuilding Convergence” April 26th,  7:30pm At the Plainfield Community Center above the Plainfield CoOp. CREA Sous Vide Workshop

Dr. Bruno Goussault (Chief Scientist for CREA) and  Chef Jean-Louis Gerin (Executive Chef, New England Culinary Institute) will pair together to teach this exciting workshop. Often cited as the founder of sous vide cooking, Goussault founded Culinary Research & Education Academy (CREA) in Paris in 1991 to train chefs around the world in precise temperature cooking. Goussault has trained many of the Michelin three star chefs in Europe and the top chefs in the U.S. on the application of sous-vide cooking. Campus Location: NECI on Main. Vermont Culinary Golf Classic

On Friday, June 6, 2014, friends of New England Culinary Institute will gather at Basin Harbor Club to support NECI Scholarship Fund in the Vermont Culinary Golf Classic.
