There are no caution/yellow flags. The race only stops when a car flips over or is on fire. At that time, drivers in incapacitated vehicles… Type of Event: Community Event. Capital City Farmers Market

Student Services For more than 36 years, the Capital City Farmers Market has been bringing local producers and customers from near and far together to create this eclectic community event. Over 50 vendors gather each Saturday, from May through October, to sell locally grown and made products, unique to Vermont and astounding in quality. The market is held in a large parking area, shaded by trees and bordered by the Winooski River, where there is plenty of room to mill about and enjoy the plentiful market offerings. Live music every week and special events throughout the season make the market a gathering place for Central Vermont residents. Fresh vegetables and fruits, quality meats, specialty cheeses, artisan bread, baked goods, ethnic foods, herbs, plants, flowers, arts and crafts, honey and maple syrup…the list goes on and on.  Join us and see how much Vermont has to offer! Type of Event: Food. Saturday, October 18, 2014, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. State Street (Entrance next to Julio's).
