Tumbleweed Film Festival

OROVILLE - Film festival begins July 30th with an opening night kick-off at the Pastime Bar and Grill. Reserve your spot for a special night of great food and short films. Kick off the 5th Annual Tumbleweed Film Festival at the Pastime Bar and Grill. Start the night sampling lots of tasty appetizers. Bainbridge Island Summer Studio Tour

The 14th annual Summer Studio Tour on Bainbridge Island takes place August 8 through 10, and forty-eight artists will be on hand showcasing their work in five local artists’ studios. Many new artists will be on hand, and there will be a wonderful variety of hand-crafted work, including watercolors, jewelry, pottery, furniture, metal art, garden art, mixed media, fiber art, and photography. Dayaalu Concert Series Presents: Wisewater

WISEWATER is a new Americana pop duo composed of Kate Lee (vocals, fiddle) and Forrest O’Connor (vocals, zouktar, and mandolin). The duo formed in early 2014 and has since performed at venues across the country, including The Grand Ole Opry (Nashville, TN), The Station Inn (Nashville, TN), Joe’s Pub (New York, NY), and The Old Town School of Folk Music (Chicago, IL). Wisewater has also shared the stage with Ricky Skaggs, Emmylou Harris, Mary Gauthier, Bill Lloyd (of Foster & Lloyd), Melissa Ferrick, Mark Volman (of The Turtles), and many others.
