Anniversary Show
Dan and Pat Howard, owners of Howard/Mandville Gallery, are celebrating 23 years as one of the premier dealers of fine art in the Puget Sound region. The gallery is known to collectors throughout the region and beyond for discovering exciting emerging talent as well as showcasing nationally acclaimed artists. This year’s show will feature several new works by each of the gallery’s roster of more than 50 artists and will open with a preview reception on Friday, June 7th from 6-8pm and run through July 7th.
Pat Howard says, “We are very excited to not only be unveiling new works of art this year but to also be unveiling a new look for the gallery. We will be completing a remodel with new walls, floor coverings and colors, just in time for the show.”.

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous
What is FA?
Our program of recovery is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
Does it work?
Typically, before joining FA, we tried many different solutions to our problems with food, including diets, exercise, and medication. In FA we have finally found an approach to recovery that is long-lasting. Some of us have maintained a normal weight and have been free of obsession with food for more than twenty-five years. Newcomers are welcome!

Take Your Dog to Work Day
In celebration of National Take Your Dog to Work Day, the Woodmark Hotel invites guests and the Kirkland community to join the inaugural event at Carillon Point on Friday, June 21. Leading manufacturers and suppliers of technology solutions for people with disabilities will be exhibiting their latest products at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, the weekend of June 22-23. The event is free and open to the public from 9:45am to 5pm each day.
Products include the latest in wheelchairs and power mobility; seating systems; eyegaze technologies; joysticks, controls and switches; communication devices; home modifications; and much more.
The exhibit hall is a part of the annual conference for RESNA, the Rehabilitation and Engineering Assistive Technology Society of North America. Legacy Builders Basketball Camps
This is a 3-day skill development (footwork, ball-handling, shooting, defensive skills, and much more) camp primarily for young players. Athletic 2nd graders are the youngest allowed, especially if there is a true and apparent love for basketball. This is too competitive a camp to discover if your child loves basketball. What is FA?
Our program of recovery is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
Does it work?
Typically, before joining FA, we tried many different solutions to our problems with food, including diets, exercise, and medication. In FA we have finally found an approach to recovery that is long-lasting. Some of us have maintained a normal weight and have been free of obsession with food for more than twenty-five years. Newcomers are welcome!

What is FA?
Our program of recovery is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
Does it work?
Typically, before joining FA, we tried many different solutions to our problems with food, including diets, exercise, and medication. In FA we have finally found an approach to recovery that is long-lasting. Some of us have maintained a normal weight and have been free of obsession with food for more than twenty-five years. Newcomers are welcome!

Art-lovers will enjoy the art show at the Squalicum Boathouse, which will feature pieces from the Bellingham/Whatcom Tourism Bureau’s photography contest, selected pieces from Allied Arts of Whatcom County, and winners from the City of Bellingham’s Essence of Bellingham photo contest.
Jazz, bluegrass and dance bands will entertain the crowds with free live music from 2:15 pm until 10 pm on the back patio of the boathouse, thanks to long-time sponsor the Port of Bellingham. Hungry celebrants can refuel at several food stalls, including El Tapatio, El Capitan’s and Alpine Coffee Catering.
The July 4th celebration culminates at 10:30 pm with the spectacular fireworks display. Haggen has been the primary sponsor of the Bellingham fireworks display since 1995.

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous
What is FA?
Our program of recovery is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
Does it work?
Typically, before joining FA, we tried many different solutions to our problems with food, including diets, exercise, and medication. In FA we have finally found an approach to recovery that is long-lasting. Some of us have maintained a normal weight and have been free of obsession with food for more than twenty-five years. Newcomers are welcome!

Marysville Dog Owners Group (M-DOG) invites you and your pooch to the 7th Annual Marysville Poochapalooza outdoor dog event 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, July 13 at Strawberry Fields Park, 6100 152nd St. NE in Marysville.
Snohomish County’s largest dog event has kept tails wagging with the free Fashions and Rescues Runway Show, Hyperflite Skyhoundz flying disc championship, Flyball exhibitions, pie-eating and Best in Show Contests, and Canine Good Citizen Testing, giving dogs plenty of ways to shine. Based on an overwhelming success of last year’s festival, the vibrant Polish-American community is proud to present their second annual festival at Seattle Center. Alzheimer’s Association caregiver support groups provide a place for caregivers to learn and gain support from others caring for a person with memory loss. Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous
What is FA?
Our program of recovery is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
Does it work?
Typically, before joining FA, we tried many different solutions to our problems with food, including diets, exercise, and medication. In FA we have finally found an approach to recovery that is long-lasting. Some of us have maintained a normal weight and have been free of obsession with food for more than twenty-five years. Newcomers are welcome!

Legacy Builders Basketball Camps
This is a 5-day skill development (footwork, ball-handling, shooting, defensive skills, and much more) camp primarily for young players. Athletic 2nd graders are the youngest allowed, especially if there is a true and apparent love for basketball. This is too competitive a camp to discover if your child loves basketball. On the other end range of the campers' capability, instructions at this camp are suitable for athletes as high as the 7th grade level.
Expect your athlete to be coached on skills such as:
Purposeful and efficient footwork
Speed and agility
Proper basketball technique across various disciplines
Mental toughness in competition
Court vision and the purpose of timely passing
In-game communication
Rebounding technique and positioning

Legacy Builders Basketball Camps
This is a 5-day skill development (footwork, ball-handling, shooting, defensive skills, and much more) camp primarily for young players. Athletic 2nd graders are the youngest allowed, especially if there is a true and apparent love for basketball. This is too competitive a camp to discover if your child loves basketball. On the other end range of the campers' capability, instructions at this camp are suitable for athletes as high as the 7th grade level.
Expect your athlete to be coached on skills such as:
Purposeful and efficient footwork
Speed and agility
Proper basketball technique across various disciplines
Mental toughness in competition
Court vision and the purpose of timely passing
In-game communication
Rebounding technique and positioning

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous
What is FA?
Our program of recovery is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. We make use of AA principles to gain freedom from addictive eating. There are no dues, fees, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. Membership is open to anyone who wants help with food.
Does it work?
Typically, before joining FA, we tried many different solutions to our problems with food, including diets, exercise, and medication. In FA we have finally found an approach to recovery that is long-lasting. Some of us have maintained a normal weight and have been free of obsession with food for more than twenty-five years. Newcomers are welcome!
