Courage to be Enough Part II

General Events “I am enough. I have enough.” These statements are easy to say and hard to believe. Much of our pain comes from our unreasonable expectations of ourselves and unmet expectations of others. At this follow-up to last year’s The Courage to Be Enough (based on the work of Brené Brown), we will look at the internal voices that hold us back from accepting the life we have been given. Peace comes as we accept ourselves as we are – not as we wish we were. Love grows as we accept others as they are – not as we wish they were. Gratitude grows as we focus on what we have instead of what we lack. Saturday, November 1, 2014, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Franciscan Spirituality Center, 920 Market Street, La Crosse, WI 54601.
