Search spuds

spudType: "search"

spudType: "gotodate"

Displays a keyword or date search text box. You place this spud on the same page that contains your main calendar spud.

In the Search spud, visitors can type keywords into the text box to search your main calendar for events that contain those keywords in the Description, Notes, Location, and other fields.

In the Go to Date spud, visitors can type date information into the text box to navigate to that date in the main spud. Examples of supported date information formats include:

  • October 2010
  • 2010 October
  • Oct 2010
  • 10/15/10
  • 10/15/2010

Search spuds come in two versions, labeled and unlabeled. You can add your own customized button to replace the default button on both Search and Go to Date spuds.
