Help for Download Event Info
In the Event Actions window where you clicked Help, the events that you selected in the website calendar appear at the top. If you selected more than one event, you probably have to scroll to see them all.

In the bottom half of the window, you see the Download iCalendar File button. The iCalendar file format is a standard that most online and desktop calendar programs import. The file you download will have an .ics extension (for example, downloadedevents.ics).
Depending upon which calendar program and web browser you use and what your browser security settings are, your calendar program may automatically open the .ics file. Otherwise, you can save the file to your computer and import it into your calendar program.
To download an iCalendar file
- Click Download iCalendar File.

- What happens next depends upon what calendar program and browser you use and your browser's security settings.
- Your calendar program may open and display the downloaded events on a new calendar.
- Your calendar program may open and prompt you to choose the calendar to which you want to add the downloaded events.
- Your email/calendar program may open the file as a meeting request. Click Save & Close to add the event to your calendar.
- Your browser may give you the choice of identifying the program in which you want to open the downloaded file or saving the file to your computer.
- If your browser security settings don't allow files you downloaded to open automatically, save the file to your computer.
- If your browser security settings don't allow you to download files, you may want to change the settings under Preferences or Options.
- If you save the file to your computer, open your calendar program, and import the file you saved.
- Back in the Event Actions window, click Close Window and return to the website calendar. Or, from the menu on the left, choose another action you want to take with the events.
